Trade Show

For our service members who will be setting up for the trade show here are some loose details regarding your participation and some of the logistics for OFA Convention this year at Westside Commons and the Wingspan Event & Conference Center.

• Set-up will be Thursday roughly 8am - 2pm.
• Load in will be through the loading dock on the North side of the building (facing the airport).
• While the trade show itself will be from Noon - 2PM on Friday 10/17, the trade show floor will be accessible to everyone Thursday 2PM 10/16 through Friday evening 10/17. So you should have a static display in place during those hours even when you will not be staffing it during the trade show. Move out will be Sunday morning from 8AM - Noon.
• All Trade Show booths will have 1 table, 2 chairs along with a 5 amp electrical outlet.

When you turn off of Cornell Ave., onto 34th Ave., take your FIRST right into the North Parking lot (you should be able to see the Airport). Go through the parking arms, take a left and follow the fire lane all the way to the black gate compound/loading dock. Park in the loading dock and load in through the doors there.
