For our service members who will be setting up for the trade show here are some details regarding your participation and some of the logistics for OFA Convention this year at the Wingspan Event & Conference Center 801 NE 34th Ave., Hillsboro, OR 97124.
- Set-up will be Thursday 8am - 2pm. Everything should be in place and ready to go before 2PM as the convention starts at 2PM.
- Load in will be through the loading dock on the North side of the building (facing the airport). See the map below.
- While the trade show itself will be from Noon - 2PM on Friday 10/17, the trade show floor will be accessible to everyone Thursday 2PM 10/16 through the trade show on Friday until 2PM. So you should have a static display in place during those hours even when you will not be staffing it during the trade show.
- Move out will officially Friday directly after the trade show ends from 2PM - 3:30PM If you need to make other arrangements please reach out.
- All Trade Show booths will have 1 table, 2 chairs, pipe & drape around the booth & a 5 amp/600 watt 110V electrical outlet. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.
