OFA Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in Sponsoring the 2025 OFA Convention.

Our convention is centered around education, networking and laying the ground work for all of the Oregon Fairs. The OFA Convention and its events bring together fair managers, staff, boards, volunteers and service members from Oregon into one room which is a perfect opportunity for our partners to receive the recognition they deserve.

Below are the different tiers of sponsorships for the 2025 OFA Convention.

Sponsorship Value - $750

Hospitality

If you are interested in sponsoring a meal, snacks or feeding the OFA Convention this is your Sponsorship.

Hospitality; coffee, tea, pastries & fruit.
Breakfast on Saturday morning for the OFA Meeting.
Mid-Day snacks & desserts.
Any other food-centric ideas are welcome.

This level would include:

Prominent logo placement on signage/video boards at the Convention near the F&B.
Logo placement on the OFA Convention website where the event is mentioned.
Logo placement on the printed program.
Verbal acknowledgement of your partnership during the signature event, if available.

Sponsorship Value - $1,500

Event

If you are interested in Sponsoring a specific event during the 2025 OFA Convention, you're in the correct spot. Sponsorships at the level could be for:

A Keynote Speaker
The Trade Show
A Networking Event
Speed Dating
or another creative idea you have in mind.

This level would include:

1 Full Registrations
Prominent logo placement on signage/video boards at the Convention during the Event.
Logo placement on the OFA Convention website where the event is mentioned.
Logo placement on the printed program.
Trade Show Booth/s
Verbal acknowledgement of your partnership during the signature event.

Sponsorship Value - $2,500

Signature

At this level, you are interested in one of our signature events at the OFA Conference such as:

Annual OFA Banquet, Auction & Awards
Education/Entire Breakout Session Track
or you would like to Sponsor a specific Day during OFA.
Other ideas are welcome.

2 Full Registrations
Prominent logo placement on signage/video boards at the Convention

This is for a Presenting Sponsorship of the 2025 OFA Convention. Here is where you can make the largest impact on your business and at the convention. Everywhere OFA Convention is mentioned your name will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor.

Prominent logo placement next to the OFA Convention logo on all signage/video boards at the Convention
