This presentation will explain the role that the Office of Resilience and Emergency Management (OREM) serves and what the Resilience Hubs and Networks program constitutes. Ultimately, partnering with Fairgrounds across all 36 counties to expand this growing network that helps to serve all Oregonians during times of emergency and disaster.
